The President is an elected position
responsible for the general conduct of the league; and the primary interface
between the league, participating resort owners, and all organizations
outside the league.
He shall chair all meetings for which he
shall prepare an agenda in advance.
The President does not have a vote or veto powers but may cast a vote on
issues resulting in a tie vote. The President is responsible the preparation
0f the playing schedule for league
matches.
Treasurer, Duties: Secretary is an elected position responsible to the
committee, to solicit funds from the resorts, for collecting and
issuing league monies approved by the committee, compiling and presenting
end of season balance sheets with appropriate receipts. The Treasurer is a non
voting member
Secretary; proposed and voted in; Duties: Secretary is an elected
position responsible to the committee and league members for recording
meeting minutes. Recording and posting league statistics and general
information for all members to view on the Web page. Meeting minutes
become league history when closed. Secretary is a non voting member.
The Committee shall comprise the team captains only
